1. Suitable for all heat sealing materials, including single material pure PE. 
2. Bag shape: flat bag with upper and lower valves.
3. The system design integrates mechanical, electric and pneumatic, which is a cross-generation automatic bag-making equipment.
4. The system control adopts Panasonic's GM1 programmable controller
5. Recipe making: Different product sizes, bag types and materials form their own production data sets when achieving optimum quality. Unique product recipes: such as heat sealing temperature, film tension, length and number, the horizontal and vertical position of each module, etc., "recipe production" refers to the production based on these data.
6. Pulse heat sealing technology: no preheating required, heating at 150°C/0.85S, cooling at 60°C/1S, more suitable for single material or pure PE bag sealing.
7. Ipad split-screen operation, no matter which position on the machine, you can easily control it.
8. One key to change type: when producing different products, without any mechanical adjustment or product debugging, just one key to switch to complete the product data formula, data storage capacity of up to 10,000 groups.
9. Unwinding system: each roll of film is actively fed by servo motors, with ultrasonic calculation and automatic tension control to ensure that the tension between each layer of film is highly consistent.
